According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving his product, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the contract”

When preparing the package for return, the customer must make sure that the rest of the products received together with the related order (promotional materials, marketing materials, labels, etc.) are included with the ordered product.

The product will be returned to you in the original packaging, namely: transport box, gift box.

At the time of receiving the return, if the gift packaging/promotional materials/marketing materials are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to request/retain the related cost from the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse the return in the following cases:

The product shows signs of wear, defects caused by the buyer

In case you want to return the purchased products, MUSELINE guarantees you the refund period provided by law, namely 14 days from the date of receipt of the last product in the order or the request for another product for exchange, at least the value of the returned one.

Register the return request on the website www.muselline.com, fill in the order number, the email address from which the order was made and the reason for the return following all the fields in the form.

Below you will find the methods by which you can organize the return:

  • If you want to exchange the returned product with another available in stock, please notify us in writing at contact@muselline.com, to reserve the new product. The return costs will be borne by the customer, and those related to the delivery of the replacement product will be borne by MUSELINE.
  • Return the package with FAN Courier, https://retur.fancourier.ro/. Leave the package with the return form and the invoice included, whenever you want on the date set by you.
  • Send the return order together with the return form and the included invoice to the address of the online store: str Crangului no. 17 Dej.

If you received a product with a defect or other than the one ordered, please send the request in writing to contact@muselline.com, within 48 hours of receiving the package, together with the photos of the received products. The return in this case will be organized by MUSELINE.
Return parcels sent without a Return Form included may cause delays in the processing of refunds.

Careful! We do not receive parcels returned with cash-on-delivery payment to us. We only receive return parcels whose transport payment was made by the sender (customer).

Note: We reserve the right not to honor orders made by people who have made more than 6 returns in the last 12 months of the current year.
