GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE CARE OF BAGS

The maximum weight allowed for a bag is 1.5 kg. Avoid overloading them. After each use, clean the bag/belt/wallet with a soft cloth and store away from light or moisture. Metal accessories are cleaned frequently with a dry cloth to prevent oxidation.

COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE:

15 DAYS FROM PURCHASE FOR DEFECTS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CONSUMER, PROVIDED THAT USE AND MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE COMPLIED WITH. In case of complaints, please contact the online store in writing, at the email address contact@muselline.com, specifying the order number and the written situation as explicitly as possible, accompanied by photos showing the defect complained of. This guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers granted by the legislation in force under the conditions of GEO 140/2021 regarding the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them, of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 regarding consumer protection, natural leather – antelope, suede or nubuck, substitute items or textile material, shoes with lacquer surfaces, metallized, lacquered leather ARE NOT WATERPROOF, as a result, their damage due to outdoor wear is not covered by this guarantee.

In the case of products that show quality deficiencies or there is a non-conformity of the goods, the customer has the right to corrective measures from the seller, without costs, and the corrective measures are not affected by the commercial guarantee.
The customer has the right to request the following corrective measures from the seller:

  1. Product repair;
  2. Replacing the product according to its option, except where this request is impossible or disproportionate;
  3. Refund of money, under the conditions of GEO 140/2021. In case of non-conformity of the goods, the customer will notify the online department, and the product will be taken over, in order to resolve the complaint. The time period for repairing or replacing the product does not exceed 15 days from the date on which the consumer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product. If the non-conformity is remedied by repair, the period of time provided for in the commercial warranty of durability is extended by the time of non-functioning of the good, from the moment the lack of conformity is brought to the attention until the handing over of the good in a state of normal use to the consumer. in the case of replacement, for the goods that replace the non-compliant goods, the period of time provided for in the commercial warranty of durability begins to run from the date of replacement.

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WARRANTY BECOME INAPPLICABLE OR VOID

Moral wear and tear and normal physical wear and tear of the product. Repair, painting done by unauthorized persons Damage to the product caused by mechanical shocks (scratching, hooking, hitting, breaking) Discoloration of the product due to prolonged exposure to various environmental factors (sun, rain, snow) Use of other substances, apart from those dedicated to products from leather, for cleaning the gents.

NOT CONSIDERED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND NOT SUBJECT TO WARRANTY:

Peculiarities of natural hides (grains, irregularities, color differences)
Hand-polished or waxed leather continues to take on a “worn” appearance with prolonged wear.
The leather is treated with a vegetable substance that can migrate and slightly color the surface it comes in contact with.
