Follow the steps below to successfully place your order online at www.muselline.com:

1. Create an account

Press the Authentication button and create your account by completing the data in the mandatory fields
Confirm the creation of the account on the link received at the e-mail address used
Once the account is activated, you can log in to the online shop
You can use the account to view the history of your orders, change the delivery address or add a new address, but also to view your favorite products.
*It is necessary to use a valid e-mail address as well as a phone number where we can contact you regarding the status of your order.

2. The shopping basket

To add a product to the shopping cart, it is necessary to select the desired color and size.
Press the Add to basket button.
You will be directed to the order completion page.
On the order completion page, you can review:
– The products added to the basket (with VAT included);
– The final cost of the order (product cost and delivery cost).
The delivery cost is automatically calculated when entering the county and city.

After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail with the registration number, and then later you will be informed about the availability of the product in stock. Placing the order represents the buyer’s acceptance of all the terms and conditions of use of the website www.muselline.com.

3. Delivery of orders

Online orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.

4. Order processing program

You can find us available Monday-Friday between 09:00-18:00
We do not process orders on weekends and legal holidays.
